We had a good lunch, visited the Hundertwasser Centre and saw the new giant clock do its stuff .

We had an excellent barbecue in Lynette Lindsay's lovely garden and despite Covid cautions we had a good turnout.
A lovely day for the clubs annual picnic where the weather was very kind to us at the spectacular Tauranga Bay.
We had about eighteen cars and put up three gazebos to shelter us from the sun. Our sponsors came up trumps with some fabulous prizes for the best cars in each category and we all had a great day. Events have been a bit disjointed recently due to Covid and today started with torrential rain. However 20 of us drove down to the Parua Inn at Whangerei and had an excellent lunch and a good chat amongst friends.
We were rewarded with a nice drive home in the sunshine. Sunday 4th of July was a fine and sunny day and we had about 70 visitors with a wide range of American and hot rod cars.
Despite the poor weather forecast we had a great trip to Rawene and had lunch at the Boat Shed. They looked after us very well and we had an excellent lunch out on the deck with a lovely view of the Hokianga harbour.
Despite the terrible weather forecast about ten cars made the trip to the Packard museum followed by lunch at 'The Office' cafe next door. The cars were brilliant and had 5.3 litre straight eight motors and an all up weight of over two tons.
